About Youngblood Hawke

Youngblood Hawke is an indie pop band based out of Los Angeles. Prior to forming Youngblood Hawke, band members Sam Martin and Simon Katz were in the band Iglu & Hartly together. When Iglu & Hartly was on a hiatus, Martin and Katz decided to form another band with some of their friends, the result of which was Youngblood Hawke. The band honed their talents by playing regularly at local clubs and venues, including The Satellite in Los Angeles. Youngblood Hawke was signed with Universal Republic, and they released their self-titled EP, which was followed by their first full-length studio album, Wake Up. Wake Up produced Youngblood Hawke's famous hit, We Come Running, which peaked at number 7 on the US Alternative Songs Chart, and it also fared well in other countries as well.
