'Washington Huskies Football Tickets'

'The University of Washington was one of the first West Coast schools to establish a football team. The Huskies had deep roots as an independent program starting in 1889, but the team would later join the Pacific Coast Conference in 1916 under head coach Gil Dobie. In 1959, Washington became a founding member of the Athletic Association of Western Universities, which eventually evolved into the Pacific Athletic Conference. The team reached its apotheosis under head coach Don James between 1975 and 1992. His successful tenure included an undefeated season and national championship in 1991, which culminated with a 34-14 victory over Michigan in the Rose Bowl. James won coach of the year in 1977, 1984 and 1991. He became a member of the College Football Hall of Fame in 1997. The team returned to national prominence under head coach Chris Peterson with a semifinal appearance at the College Football Playoffs in 2016. Washington plays at the eponymous

The seating capacity now stands at around 70,083, more than double its original capacity. Both standard and premium seating are available throughout the stadium. You can purchase premium seats in Touchdown Terrace and Club Husky as well as luxury suites and patio suites. The stadium also holds the distinction of being one of the few stadiums in which you can arrive by boat.

'One of the most popular areas to congregate before the start of the game is the Zone, located on the East Practice Field. Beginning three hours before kickoff, the Zone features food trucks, beverages, exciting activities and a chance to see the Dawg Walk, during which the team enters the stadium to cheering throngs of fans. If you have purchased a special ZonePass, then you will have access to VIP areas of the Zone, including the Touchdown Tavern bar and concessions. During the game, fans will be treated to the music of the University of Washington marching band, including a special halftime performance.'

'How is the tailgating scene at Husky Stadium?'

'Tailgating is permitted in designated spots around the stadium, including RV and boat spots. Fans are expected to abide by the university’s tailgating policies: bring only permitted equipment, do not impede traffic and respect the personal space of other tailgaters. Fans can also book tickets to the Rainier Vista Tailgate Club, located just to the south of the stadium. The club features a full tailgate package with access to a gameday bellman service and catering partners.'
