Since it first opened its doors in 1975, the Heritage Bank Center is the largest indoor arena in the Greater Cincinnati area with a long history of fun. Originally known as the Riverfront Coliseum, it's been host to all sorts of events ranging from sports tournaments, political rallies, musical performances and more. The arena's main claim to fame being the home stadium for the Cincinnati Cyclones hockey team. It was also the host for the commencement ceremonies for both the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University prior to the construction of on-campus venues. What is the Heritage Bank Center seating capacity?
For most Heritage Bank Center events, the seating capacity is up to 17,556 people. It should be noted that this only applies to live music events and concerts, however. For basketball, a maximum capacity of 17,000 is enforced, and for both ice hockey and arena football, it is lowered further to 14,453.
