Siebert Field is a 1,420-capacity baseball park in Minneapolis that's home to the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers during clement weather. The field's name derives from the former Gophers head coach Dick Siebert, who led the team to three national titles. Siebert Field's previous incarnation of the same name opened in 1971. Its replacement opened in 2013, constructed at an estimated cost of $7.2 million. Often called New Siebert Field, the venue's unique diamond-to-center alignment is southeast. 'A wheelchair ramp on the west end of the west-side bleachers provides adequate wheelchair access for Siebert Field events. Be advised that the Siebert Field structure has no elevators or escalators.'

'Siebert Field seating is general admission, so you may sit in any area of the main bleachers. Please call ahead or speak to staff upon your arrival for help locating and getting to a preferred spot.'

'Lot 37 and the 4th Street Ramp are usually very popular parking spots for guests with Siebert Field tickets. Street parking is also available. 'Not all children require tickets. Kids under 2 years of age may attend for free, but they must be seated in an adult's lap for the duration of the game.'

'You may bring still, non-flash, non-professional cameras into Siebert Field. Please try not to obstruct other guests' views of the field when snapping your photos.
