About The Venue

Opened all the way back in 2001, the Santander Arena was originally called the Sovereign Center, with the name change happening recently in 2013. The arena has long been a beacon of entertainment for the area of Reading, Pennsylvania and beyond, as it is not only the home to the Reading Royals hockey team and Reading Rockets indoor lacrosse team, but is also a hotspot for all kinds of entertainment! And the venue is incredibly suited for the masses of people that come from all over to bare witness to the amazing events that take place regularly, with a seating capacity that can reach up to 9,000 for concerts and 8,000 and 7,000 for basketball and ice hockey respectively.
