Stop by one of the major casinos such as the Silver Legacy Casino, the Eldorado Casino or the Grand Sierra Resort, home of the Grand Sierra Theatre. Other popular local venues include Jub Jub's Thirst Parlor and Cargo; these both host an impressive array of touring acts and local musicians for patrons to enjoy.

Reno is home to the Reno Aces a Triple-A minor league baseball team affiliated with the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Aces step up to bat at Aces Ballpark, which is also home to Reno 1868 FC, the local soccer team. Basketball fans may be more interested in seeing the Reno Bighorns, a D-league NBA team and affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, take the court.
