What are the policies about children in the Princess of Wales Theatre?

Children under the age of two are not allowed to attend any Princess of Wales Theatre events. Children over the age of two must be able to sit still quietly, and the theatre reserves the right to request that you leave if your child is creating a disturbance. Also, any children who do attend must have their own seats even if they sit in an adult's lap. Also, some shows might require that children must be older than two years.

What happens if you're late to a show?

Any latecomers will not be allowed into the show until there is a scheduled break, such as an intermission. If there isn't an intermission, the latecomer will not be admitted to the show. There are no refunds to latecomers, so Princess of Wales Theatre suggests that guests arrive 30 minutes before the start of shows. If you leave during the middle of a performance, you will not be reseated until a scheduled break.

You can purchase snacks at the theatre, and they can be consumed in the auditorium. Food brought from outside of the theatre is not permitted, however.
