'Pacific Northwest Ballet Tickets'

'

Located in Seattle, the Pacific Northwest Ballet consists of almost 50 dancers who perform around 100 shows annually. The ballet company was founded in 1972. The group focuses on delivering artistic excellence, innovation and creativity. One of the Founding Artistic Directors, Francia Russell, was in the original New York City Ballet cast in 1957 for the performance of

Agon

, so she serves as one of the influences for the group in Seattle. For the 2019-20 season, a Locally Sourced series will be performed in November that includes three pieces with a run time of two hours and six minutes with two intermissions. All three pieces are world premieres.

'

'Engaging Audiences Through Innovation'

'

The Pacific Northwest Ballet is actively finding new ways to engage audiences. In September 2019, it live-streamed its rehearsals for

Agon

through its website. Anyone who missed the rehearsal had the opportunity to watch the video through the organization's social media accounts. Like other ballet companies, this one is also bringing the beauty of ballet and performance dance through technology-driven mediums the company already uses, including the internet.
