Louisiana State University

led his team to the College World Series in 2014. In 2018, he led his team to 48 victories, which is a record number at Ole Miss. On April 5, 2019, the coach earned his 300th victory in the SEC. In 2018, under Blanco’s coaching, the team became only the second team in the history of the SEC to win both a divisional and tournament title in the same year. Mike is joined by Assistant Coach Mike Clement. He joined the team in 2015. In 2019, under Clement, the team set school records in walks drawn, fielding percentage and stolen bases. Also, coaching for Ole Miss is Carl Lafferty, who is the longest-tenured assistant coach in the SEC. As the team’s recruiting coordinator, Lafferty has brought many top players to Ole Miss.
