. As Oaklawn Park tickets can go very quickly, you'll want to buy yours in advance. This is your chance to see future Triple Crown and Kentucky Derby winners live. When you purchase tickets to Oaklawn Park races at StubHub, you'll never miss a history-making race at the track.
''The Oaklawn Park seating is in the box seats located on the straightaway. If you can't get box seats, look for spots in sections H through K. These seats put you near the main start and finish line. You may want to look for seats in sections T through W also, which put you close to the finish line during 1-mile races.'
'When you visit the track on non-race days, you can park in any lot for free. On race days, the resort charges a low fee to park until 4 p.m., after which parking is free. The west and south lots all offer affordable parking. Though you can park in lots close to the track, those lots charge higher fees.'
'With eight restaurants to choose from and several concessions stands, this horse racing track offers some great food. Silks Bar and Grill is open on race days and has live music playing at night, while Bistro 2705 is open late at night and serves alcohol. The Carousel Dining Room is more laid-back and has large windows that let you view the action on the track. There are also five concessions stands that sell everything from candy to fresh oysters.'
'As the on-site casino offers both slot and table games, you can have fun gambling before or after a race. You also have the option of betting on any of the day's races. Hot Springs National Park is close to the track and gives you the chance to relax in the warm water. The Hot Springs Mountain Tower offers some nice views of the park and surrounding areas too. If you have kids, you can visit the Magic Springs Theme and Water Park too.'
'Though some horse racing tracks forbid kids, Oaklawn Park allows children in several areas. You cannot take them into Pop's Lounge or any of the other on-site bars. Only those who are 18 or older can bet on the races, and the facility does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to enter the casino. Some of the on-site restaurants serve family-friendly fare.'
