The NYCB Theatre at Westbury is located in Westbury, New York. It opened its doors in 1956 and was originally designed as a round theater for top performers and theatrical musicals to perform. It was originally called the Westbury Music Fair and the Theatre at Westbury. The theater was renovated twice, once in 1965 and again in 1992. The New York Community Bank obtained rights to the theater in 2010 and changed the name to NYCB Theatre at Westbury. Is the NYCB Theatre at Westbury a wheelchair-friendly facility?

The theater is ADA compliant. For patrons with limited mobility, the staff can assist them via wheelchair from the main lobby to their seat. The wheelchair is strictly for transport and patrons cannot sit in it during the event. The staff also is unable to remain with the patron during the event. Assisted hearing devices are available for patrons with a hearing disability. These devices are available on a first-come-first-served basis. An ASL interpreter can also be provided if you notify the staff at least three weeks prior to the event.

Can I bring my pet into the theater?

Animals or pets are not permitted at NYCB Theatre at Westbury events. Service animals are allowed and must be leashed at all times. The animal must also remain in the seating area of the patron and not in the aisle or on a seat.
