The location for the NCAA Midwest Hockey Regional can change annually. For 2019 and 2020, the Midwest Hockey Regional was scheduled in Allentown, Penn. Regional games are fiercely fought games, as the winner of the tournament goes on to the Frozen Four for a chance to win the annual NCAA Division I hockey championship. In 2019, Minnesota Duluth's Bulldogs won the Midwest Regional for the third time in a row.
