Nashville SC finished the 2019 USL regular season with 67 points and a record of 20 wins, seven losses and seven draws. As the second seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs, Nashville beat the ninth seed Charleston Battery by a score of 3-1 in the opening round. However, the club lost to the third seed Indy Eleven by a score of 1-0 in the conference semifinals. Tyler Pasher scored the lone goal in the 59th minute with an assist by Tyler Gibson to clinch the victory.
