''The home field for the Owls is called Fifth Third Bank Stadium. It is an 8,318-seat arena with a maximum capacity of 10,500 people. In addition to the Owls' football games, the stadium is also used for KSU's soccer and rugby matches.'
'Since the team first began in 2015, Brian Bohannon has been the Owls' head coach. He started as an assistant football coach at several other schools before finally taking the lead at Kennesaw State, giving him the experienced needed to take the team to the playoffs in both the 2017 and 2018 seasons.'
'The Owls play in the Division I FCS Big South Conference. Before the team's formation, KSU had a tough time finding out how to enter the Owls as a new football team because the Atlantic Sun Conference that the school is affiliated with for its other sports does not currently support American football. As such, it took the Owls considerable effort to find and become a part of the Big South Conference in which the team plays to this day.'
'KSU is a great school for tailgating, especially before an Owls football game. Not only does the university store sell materials like bottle openers and foam fingers that fans can purchase to support the team, the school fully supports tailgaters so long as they don't get too rowdy. Some of the best parking lots for tailgating are the student parking section or the lot right outside Fifth Third Bank Arena, both of which are open to tailgaters five hours before a game. Additionally, the Fan Zone near the stadium opens three hours before kickoff, providing a space for food, drinks, games, raffles and more that fans can partake in before the real fun starts on the field.'

The 2019 season has several highly anticipated games for the Owls, hopefully making this another exciting year for the team. The Point Skyhawks is the first team the Owls will be going up against. The upcoming game against the
Kent State Golden Flashes
also promises to be exciting. In November, the Owls will also be taking on the
Campbell Camels
, another proficient team in the league. The Owls final game of the season will be against the
Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs
and is expected to be an exciting one.
