Jim Cuddy's life has centered on music for more than three decades, much of that time spent with Blue Rodeo. Since early days at university when he first teamed up with musical partner Greg Keelor, Cuddy and Keelor have shared the songwriting and performing spotlight for Blue Rodeo, supported by musicians recognized as among the most accomplished in Canada. Blue Rodeo has developed a roots-based country-rock sound that continues to gain lasting respect and affection with fans and critics alike.
Cuddy also maintains a distinguished solo career and has released four albums of original material that have further cemented his reputation at home and abroad. In his most recent album, Constellation, Cuddy explores mature themes of love and loss while putting his roots as an alt-country rocker on full display.
Cuddy welcomes the contributions of other musicians on Constellations, with guitarist Colin Cripps, Blue Rodeo bassist Bazil Donovan, violinist Anne Lindsay, keyboardist Steve O'Connor and drummer Joel Anderson helping with arrangements and now joining him on tour.
