'Jain Tickets'

'

Born Jeanne Louise Galice in Toulouse, France, in 1992, award-winning singer-songwriter and musician Jain started out singing with the Occitans under her father's guidance until she moved to Dubai and then the Congo where she developed her affinity for dance music. Abu Dhabi followed and, finally, Paris where, along the way, she learned drums, percussion and musical programming. Starting to record her own demo tracks while still in the Congo, she was discovered by her current manager and the artist Yodelice, for whom she later performed on tour as the opening act. Yodelice then went on to produce Jain's debut EP

Hope

. The album and particularly its single Come achieved great success in France and Spain, and the single has been used as a Polish TV channel's jingle and in an American comedy horror web TV series.

'What can I expect from Jain?'

'Jain sings a form of pop that infuses dance music, Afrobeat, chanson and other forms of world music. At any Jain show, you can expect to be on your feet dancing as all her songs are marked by a strong, infectious danceable beat. Jain typically stands atop a podium while she performs, controlling her music with real-time loops sometimes created remotely through a gauntlet woven into her signature blue jumpsuit. Surrounding her, you'll see giant video screens with dazzling graphics, effects and displays and a wildly colorful lighting array to match.'
