Located within Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida, the House of Blues is the place to hear lively gospel music as well as blues, soul, rap, folk, hip-hop and more. First opened in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1992, there are now many more venues. The House of Blues Orlando opened its doors in 1997 on Disney Springs' west side. Close to it sits the Water Tower, which is a recognizable feature of Disney Springs. Artwork enlivens the inside scene, and the Southern-inspired fare, made from scratch, beckons to lovers of New Orleans jambalaya, gumbo and more. What are some of the food offerings served here?

Locally-made craft beer is available at the House of Blues Orlando. There is a smokehouse menu with such fare as a pulled pork or chicken sandwiches, smoked beef brisket, smoked turkey legs and even hot dogs for the kids. Also available are Delta fried chicken, Voodoo shrimp and Memphis-style baby back ribs, which are inspired by the American south and will tantalize your palate. Also served are burgers, salads or sandwiches for those who prefer simple American fare.

Is there parking near the House of Blues Orlando?

You can easily attend House of Blues events because parking is free at Disney Springs, and there are 2 multi-level garages behind the venue.

Can we have a reserved seat here?

No, most of the House of Blues concerts are general admission, which means there is no reserved seating for the audience. The main concert hall has no seats at all and concert-goers stand or find one of the few seats on the bar stools near the bar. To snag one, you must get there early.

Is this venue wheelchair friendly?

Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible. Accessible House of Blues seating is provided to those with disabilities and their companions. Other patrons may not sit in these reserved seats.

Can I bring my children here?

Yes, you can, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Sometimes a show will have a restriction of ages 17, 18 or 21. For an all ages show, all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. The event calendar will note this. It will be noted when you are purchasing House of Blues tickets for that particular show as well.
