Hollow Coves is an Indie Folk band formed in Brisbane, Australia in 2013 by Ryan Henderson and Matt Carins. After releasing Drifting, their first EP, in late 2014, the band quickly garnered an international following with their hit single ‘The Woods’. Exploring new countries, making new fans, and writing new songs, Ryan and Matt have exciting new developments to share in the near future, as their once small acoustic project continues to reach more and more people.

Quoting influences such as Angus and Julia Stone, Ben Howard, and The Paper Kites, these two blend an earthy folk sound, simple acoustic melodies, vocal harmonies, and impactful themes that has landed them on top of both Hype Machine and THR’s Top TV Songs charts. With the first illustration of the boys’ unique approach to creating music complete, Hollow Coves is ready to launch you into their personal brand of escapism.
