The High Water Festival concert takes place on 15 acres of land along the Cooper River that offers a beautiful setting for the event that sold out the first two years it was held. About 10,000 attendees showed up to enjoy the music, outdoors and libations. The sounds are all about the roots of the area, Americana and country. Some of the acts are local to Charleston. Still in its infancy, the attractions and infrastructure are expected to keep growing as the festival attracts more concertgoers.
