The building that today houses Headliners Music Hall was originally the cafeteria for a bottling plant, and its walls still bare murals dating to 1939. The room was also used during the Prohibition as a rehearsal space for musicians playing at nearby hotels.

The lineup for Headliners Music Hall mostly features rock, metal, hip-hop, indie and alternative bands and singers.
