Formed in 2011 in Philadelphia, PA, five-piece group Grayscale blends emo, pop punk and alternative pop with insomnia and anxiety fueled lyrics for a unique, refreshing style. The band was named after the Basement song. The quintet consists of bassist Nick Ventimiglia, guitarist/vocalist Dallas Molster, drummer Nick Veno, guitarist Andrew Kyne, and vocalist Collin Walsh.
After releasing the two EPs Change and What We’re Missing in 2015 and 2016 respectively, the band signed to Fearless Records. Their debut full-length album Adornment was released in May, 2017, and their sophomore studio album Nella Vita in September, 2019.
