'About David Nail'

'David Nail started down the path to become a country music star and started to see results with the popular album, I'm About to Come Alive. The album was released in 2009 on MCA Nashville. This album was responsible for a rise in country musician status for David Nail with hit songs like Red Light, I'm About to Come Alive and Turning Home. The popularity of the songs helped the album climb to the number 19 position on the Top Country Albums Chart in the United States. Considering I'm About to Come Alive was David Nail's debut album it was a considerable stride. The next album that was released, entitled The Sound of a Million Dreams, was another fan favorite. It quickly took to the number 9 slot on the Top Country Albums Chart, again in the United States. This time the hit song was Let It Rain and the album's title track. The song Let It Rain made it to number one, which was not too much of a surprise considering how well The Sound of a Million Dreams was doing. Following this newly found stardom, David Nail went back to the studio to record his third album. In the spring of 2014, David Nail released his third album called I'm a Fire. Like the singles that rose to top positions on the chart, the song Whatever She's Got reached the number one mark on the Country Airplay Chart in the United States. Whatever She's Got was later certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The single was not the only one to make it to the top of the charts, the album peaked at the number 3 position on the Top Country Album Charts and hit number 13 on the Billboard 200 Chart in the United States. The chart topping songs and albums have made it clear that David Nail has become one of America's favorite musical acts and one not to miss.'

'David Nail's Breakthrough Album'

'It was evident that David Nail was finally starting to break out as a country singer as soon as he released his debut album I'm About to Come Alive. The title of the album could not be anymore apt for the success that followed. Album after album, his popularity started to grow and each album topping the one before on the music charts. The release of David Nail's third album, I'm a Fire, contained a number one top charter and sold over a million copies by February of 2014. The impressive number of copies sold pushed this single to platinum status, making it clear that David Nail had broke through to an even bigger audience that he had previously.'

'David Nail Trivia'

'Prior to the David Nail's first studio release, I'm About to Come Alive, he actually recorded a self-title album on Mercury Nashville Records. The album's first single, Memphis, even found its place on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks chart, but the album was never public for commercial consumption. In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, David Nail discussed what it was like when his self-title album was discarded by the record label by saying he was not necessarily ready. He explained, I got carried away both personally and professionally, Nail said. It had a lot to do with being so young and not having true life experiences. I came from a small town and had never flown on a plane or seen the ocean, and was suddenly thrust into the lifestyle of nice hotels and nice meals. You think, 'Wow, this is easy. The rest of my life is taken care of.' But just as easy as it's presented, it gets taken away.'

'David NailFan Experience'

'One does not need to love country music to attend a David Nail concert, but it will definitely please those who love upbeat country western tunes. It is an opportunity for many to dress up in their cowboy boots and big belt buckles or for others to don hats and fringe leather jackets to dance the evening away to fan favorites like Whatever She's Got and Red Light. A David Nail concert will have you singing his hit songs for days. In recent years, David Nails has finally reached the status he had sought and has the confidence to handle it. After having the legendary country western singer, Vince Gill, compliment him, David Nail reflected, It took a long time for me to feel comfortable with my status in this town. To hear peers who I compete with for success acknowledge me, I just want to say, 'Thank you so much.' I've been trying to get that attention for years. One thing is for sure is that he has more than the attention of Vince Gill and that is exactly why you should be getting your tickets to see him in concert now.'
