Comerica Park Tickets
Anchored in the historic district of downtown Detroit, Comerica Park is the home of the
Detroit Tigers professional baseball team. The first game was held on April 11th, 2000, when the Tigers defeated the Seattle Mariners 5-2. Comerica Park has hosted the 2005 MLB All-Star Game and the 2006 and 2012 World Series. Pitcher Justin Verlander threw the first no-hitter in the park's history on June 12th, 2007. Is Comerica Park accessible by public transportation?
Comerica Park is accessible via the QLINE street car through Grand Circus Park and Montcalm Street. The Detroit People Mover has two stops: one at Grand Circus Park and the other at Broadway Station. The Windsor Tunnel Bus also runs from the Windsor bus terminal to either Grand Circus Park or Broadway Station.
Does Comerica Park have on-site parking?
Guests attending Comerica Park events can park at the Tigers Parking Garage, The D Garage, 850 Witherell and numerous lots right next to the stadium. Several additional lots are located around downtown Detroit, including the Fox Garage, The Z Park, the Ford Field Parking Deck and Prime Parking. Exclusive parking spaces are reserved for club seats, luxury suites, the on-deck circle and season ticket holders. Otherwise, parking spaces are sold separately from regular Comerica Park tickets.
Does Comerica Park have any additional attractions or features?
When you're not watching the game, you can take in the rich history of the Detroit Tigers with the Walk of Fame, located all throughout the main concourse on the lower level. Tiger greats Ty Cobb, Al Kaline, Charlie Gehringer, Hank Greenberg, Hal Newhouser and Willie Horton have been immortalized in stainless steel statues that fans can admire along the left centerfield wall. Comerica Park also features numerous amusement options. The 50-foot Ferris wheel, located on the third base side, provides fun for guests of all ages. Each baseball-shaped car can fit five people. The Comerica carousel, located behind the first base area, features 30 ornate tigers and two chariots for kids and parents to enjoy.
What kind of food and drink services are offered in Comerica Park?
The centerpiece of the Comerica Park dining experience is the Big Cat Food Court, which features pretzels, sandwiches, gyros, Chicago-style hotdogs, ice cream, elephant ears, French fries and much more. In addition to some of the basic ballgame fare, Comerica Park features several unique restaurants, including a beer hall, the open-air Brushfire Grill, the Blue Moon Brewhouse, the membership-only Tiger Club and the exclusive Tiger Den Lounge with a private bar and seating.
Is Comerica Park wheelchair-accessible?
Comerica Park features accessible parking spaces, drop-off and pick-up areas, accessible seating in certain sections and convenient elevator access for the mobility-impaired. The Ferris wheel and carousel are fully wheelchair-accessible. Service animals are allowed into the park as well.
