Originally named Qwest Center Omaha, CHI Health Center opened in 2003 as a multi-use facility consisting of an arena, convention center and meeting hall and provides 62,000 square feet of meeting space in Omaha, Nebraska. What is the seating capacity?
The maximum seating capacity for CHI Health Center events is 18,320 for basketball games, 17,100 for hockey games and 18,975 for concerts.
Can I take photos or record during the event or performance?
The use of professional cameras with detachable lenses or lenses four inches or greater is strictly prohibited, as are audio and video recording devices (including Google Glasses and GoPro cameras). Policies regarding non-flash personal photography vary by event. Visitors who are unsure of whether their ticketed event allows personal photography are encouraged to contact the venue directly.
Is CHI Health Center wheelchair-friendly?
CHI Health Center is wheelchair-friendly and offers wheelchair escorts to transport visitors from their vehicle to their designated seat as well as wheelchair accessible and companion seating, wheelchair storage, accessible parking, and wheelchair accessible restrooms and elevators. Visitors requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact the venue in advance to make arrangements.
Is there parking onsite?
CHI Health Center does offer visitors the opportunity to park onsite. Surface level parking is $8 and garage level parking is $12. Please note, garage level parking is limited and subject to availability. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Do I need a sitter or can I bring the kids along?
Most shows at CHI Health Center are family friendly and welcome visitors of all ages. Some shows and events may have different policies regarding age restrictions, but as a general rule, children two years of age and under do not need to purchase a ticket for admittance but must sit on the lap of an adult ticket holder during the event or performance. Children three years of age or older are required to purchase a ticket.
