Originally from North Carolina, Chase Rice is a country music singer-songwriter. Rice co-wrote the Florida Georgia Line single Cruise in 2013, which became one of the most successful country digital songs of all time. Chase Rice toured with

Before releasing his first studio album
Dirt Road Communion
in 2012, Chase Rice appeared on the the 21st season of
Survivor
and was runner-up to Jud Fabio Birza. Rice played one of his first singles, Buzz Back, on the
Survivor
reunion show. He was also part of Jimmie Johnson's Sprint Cup Series pit crew during two championship seasons. Rice took these experiences to Nashville in 2012 and signed with the Creative Artists Agency. Rice released the EP
Ready Set Roll
in October 2013. The title track from the EP peaked at No. 1 on the iTunes country charts and was platinum certified. He released
Ignite the Night
on Columbia Nashville in August of 2014. The album was certified gold and peaked at No. 1 on the US country charts. It featured the top 10 hits Ready Set Roll and Gonna Wanna Tonight. Rice signed with Broken Bow Records in 2017 and released the top 20 hit Three Chords and the Truth. His
Lambs & Lions
album was released in November of that same year and features Eyes On You, Rice's first No. 1 hit on country radio. The second single from that album, Lonely If You Are, was released to country radio in June 2019 and was the most-added song that week. Rice has supported Kenny Chesney and
