The Carolina Hurricanes play at the newly renamed Lenovo Center, which was built in West Raleigh, Carolina, in 1999, and has a seating capacity of 18,680 for NHL hockey. The arena has comfortable seats, excellent views of the ice, and an electric atmosphere during Hurricanes games with sold out crowds of fans. The new arena name was announced in September 2024, and as part of new plans for enhancing the fan experience, the organization will be implementing Lenovo technology throughout the arena and in its operations. This expanded partnership with Lenovo also comes with big plans for renovations that will upgrade and improve the arena to a state-of-the-art facility. The plan will also create mixed-use development in and around the arena, such as restaurants, entertainment and retail spaces, apartments, a hotel and more.
