Blue FCU Arena at The Ranch Events Complex
Since first opening its doors on September 20th, 2003, the Budweiser Events Center has served northern Colorado as a multipurpose arena. A diverse menu of entertainment can be found at the location as it serves as a concert, entertainment and sports facility. Located north of Denver in the vicinity of Loveland, Colorado, it is part of the Larimer county complex known as "The Ranch." It is home to the Denver Dream women's football team and the Colorado Eagles ice hockey team. The center can be used in conjunction with other venues in the Ranch complex to create a memorable event for those who attend. With a seating capacity of over 7,000, Budweiser Events Center events provide a middle ground between larger arenas and smaller venues. If you are looking for entertainment in the northern front range, purchase your Budweiser Events Center tickets today.
The building is located at 5290 Arena Circle in Loveland, Colorado. From Denver, visitors can take I-25 north to exit 259 in Fort Collins. Signs will direct drivers to stay right for Crossroads Boulevard and the Ranch complex. You will then head north onto Fairgrounds Avenue before turning left onto Arena Circle. Visitors from areas to the north of Fort Collins can reach the center by taking I-25 to the same exit. They can then follow the directions listed above.
The venue has seating for 7,200 guests for most concerts or other entertainment events, depending upon the stage configuration. Sporting events hold fewer guests in order to make room for the playing areas. For example, the ice hockey games at the center seat only 5,289 visitors.
The center opened with a game featuring the Colorado Eagles vs. the NHL's Colorado Avalanche. An indoor football team known as the Colorado Crush used the facility from 2007-2017. It is also the former home of indoor soccer's Colorado Lighting and the Colorado Chill women's basketball team.
Entertainers who have performed there include Bill Cosby, Ron White and Larry the Cable Guy. Performances include Barnum & Bailey Circus, Cirque Du Soleil, Disney on Ice and Sesame Street Live. Musicians such as David Bowie, Rod Stewart and ZZ Top have also played at the venue over the years.
Yes, there are 777 club seats and 24 luxury suites available for Budweiser Events Center events, as well as special seating and spaces for those visitors with disabilities.
