Bryce Jordan Center Tickets
The Bryce Jordan Center is owned and operated by Pennsylvania State University. It opened in 1995, replacing Rec Hall as the home venue for the Penn State Nittany Lions
men's and
women's basketball teams. In addition to holding those games, it's also hosted special events and concerts. Notable performers who have sung here include
Garth Brooks and
Britney Spears. The center is named after Bryce Jordan, who served as president of the university from 1983 to 1990. For concerts, it can accommodate more than 16,000 people; during basketball games, seating capacity is 15,261. Games can be quite lively, with the Pride of the Lions Pep Band revving up the crowd and the student section, Legion of Blue, cheering on their home team.
