Bro Safari Schedule

Bro Safari is an enthusiastic player in the realm of moombahton. And the man behind this producer alias is Nick Weiller. Not one to ever rest on his laurels, Weiller is also well-known for being prolific. He dabbles in several other side projects that keep him on his toes and manages to keep them all straight with his own unique method of madness. He said, I work my a** off. I prioritize. Having all of these different projects, some have been around longer than others and have the ability to kind of stand on their own for a couple of months if they need to. Like Evol Intent, one of my other groups; I can leave that for a month or two without doing anything new, and it will stay afloat. So, as far as picking what is most important, I don't know how, there's no rhyme or reason really. I just kind of, whatever I'm really into, I tend to make a lot of that at the time and then I move onto the next thing, and I sit on it. Like right now, I have eight to ten Bro Safari tracks now at this point that I could release at once, but instead, I'll hold them back and wait and release every once in a while. In the meantime, while I'm letting that stuff go, I'll work on more Evol Intent or more Minus Music stuff or whatever it is.

The hard-working Bro Safari may be headed your way soon! He has upcoming shows scheduled at the Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California; Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, Colorado; Echo Stage in Washington, D.C.; and Bayfront Park in Miami, Florida. Bro Safari Background

Bro Safari's real name is Nick Weiller, and he grew up listening to everything from Guns n' Roses to N.W.A.

He said Bro Safari's inception occurred prior to him even hearing of moombahton. When I started it, I was doing like glitch, weird, chopped-up dubstep and then it turned into dancefloor moombahton, and now I'm doing like 'dubstep moombahton,' kuduro a bunch of different stuff now. So it's definitely open ended. I have no specific vision, I'm just, not going to stop, see where the road takes me, he said.

At the advent of 2010, Bro Safari's efforts gained traction in the EDM world. Three years later, he forged a collaboration with long-time pal UFO! to develop Animal. The dance tracks on Animal were all available at no charge through Bro Safari's Soundcloud account.

Bro Safari Albums

Bro Safari is known for the Animal (2013) and Animal Remixes (2014) albums. He also is credited with a number of EPs that include Bender and Future Primitive. Fans can't get enough of his hits like The Drop, Spooked, Da Worm, No Control and more.

Bro Safari Trivia

If you're looking for a cut-and-dry inspiration for Bro Safari's stage name, he doesn't have one. Here's what Bro Safari had to say about where he drew the influence for his producer name: I have no idea. I mean, people have asked me that recently, and I don't remember. I came up with it around 2008 and I really don't remember the circumstances behind it. So there's no secret meaning, I'm going to make something up for future interviews so that is sounds cooler. Often, people say, call me brosef, and I feel like that has something to do with it, there's some sort of correlation there, brosef - Bro Safari, I'm sure that had something to do with it. I originally started the project as something different entirely, it was more dubstep, it was really a side project for what I was doing at the time, so I didn't put much thought into it. It evolved, and it fits really well I think, I love it, he explained.
