For the 2019 Bourbon & Beyond Festival, three stages will be built on the grounds of the exposition center. The Barrel and Oak stages will be next to each other, and the Bluegrass Situation stage will be located on the other end of the venue. In between will be the VIP tent. Several booths will be stationed along the perimeter of the venue.
Camping is available for RVs, cars and those who are bringing an RV and a companion car. Weekend camping packages include a site for your car, tent and/or RV and access for up to four campers. Dedicated entry lanes and unlimited re-entry throughout the festival are other perks for campers choosing these packages.
Dates for the 2020 event have not been announced. Typically, the festival is held in September with tickets going on sale as early as April.
