Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Brock received his very first guitar at the age of eight as a present from his grandparents. His grandmother wrote plays, and his grandfather was an art teacher. They filled Brock's childhood with creativity and music. By his 10th birthday, Brock Thornton met Walter Junior, a member of The Lousiana Blues Hall of Fame. Walter continued to inspire Brock to learn everything he could about music, ranging from simple scales to complex jazz progressions. In his teenage years, Brock formed multiple, different bands as he was finding his musical style that allowed him to perform regularly at music venues in New Orleans. During that time, he heard Magical World by Bassnectar featuring Nelly Furtado. Brock has produced EDM songs ever since. DonÕt miss the Boogie T tour; get tickets today.
