KeyBank Center Tickets

KeyBank Center is the largest indoor arena in Western New York, with a seating capacity of 19,070. Upon its opening in 1996, it took over as the home of the Buffalo Sabres hockey team. Its previous names have been Marien Midland Arena, HSBC Arena and First Niagara Center. It took on its current name in 2016 when KeyCorp bought First Niagara. It's gone through several renovations, which have added seats, replaced the boards, upgraded the entrances and added LED lighting. In addition to hosting NHL games, the arena holds concerts, Buffalo Bandits lacrosse games and special events. You can reserve your spot by picking up KeyBank Center tickets at StubHub.

Where should I park?

Guests attending KeyBank Center events will find parking available in several lots along Perry Street. There is a garage at Harbor Center and the KeyBank Center, and surface lots are on either side of Baltimore Street between South Park Avenue and Perry Street.

Where can I get dropped off if I take an Uber to the arena?

If you're being dropped off by an Uber, look for the Uber Zone right outside the arena. It's located on Scott Street, between Washington Street and Michigan Avenue.

Are bags allowed?

Guests entering the venue may bring small bags with them. These should be soft-sided and should fit completely under the seats without blocking any walkways or aisles. This means that large backpacks, coolers and duffel bags will not be permitted.

Do children need seats?

Children three and under are given free entry into Sabres and Bandits games. Before entering the center, families should stop by the Account Services Office to pick up a child admittance pass. This pass will be accepted at any gate. Children who uses these passes must sit on an adult's lap during KeyBank Center events.

Is there a coat check available?

Coat check services are only offered during Buffalo Sabres games. On the 100 level, it's located inside the Lexus Club. On the 200 level, it's located at the concierge desk near the west elevators.

Is Canadian currency accepted?

Due to the proximity to the border, many guests at the KeyBank Center come from Canada. Canadian currency, in addition to US cash and cards, is accepted at the Sabres store in the arena and at the concession stands.

Is there anywhere to have a drink?

There are various stands in the arena that sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you wish to hang out for a bit, you can head over to the Labatt Blue Zone. This bar is located on the 100 Level with a great view of the Pavilion. It opens up two hours before Sabres games and one and a half hours before Bandits games.
