Willie Fleming is a running back that joined the BC Lions in 1959. Fleming played with the Lions for eight years and was the most productive offensive player for the team in each of the eight seasons he wore a Lions jersey. Fleming's 7.1 yards per carry is still the best ever for a running back in CFL history. Fleming also scored 87 touchdowns while with the Lions. Geroy Simon was a wide receiver for the BC Lions from 2001 to 2012. Simon was a key cog for a Lions team that made three appearances in Grey Cup championship games. Simon and the Lions won the Grey Cup in 2006 and again in 2011 and was named to the CFL Western All-Star team a total of seven times and the CFL All-Star team on six occasions.
