'Nate Oates is the head coach for the Crimson Tide as of March 2019 and starts his first year with Alabama for the 2019-2020 season. Oates was named the 2018 and 2019 Mid-American Conference Coach of the Year and was voted fourth for the Associated Press Men's College Coach of the Year.
