Music Hall of Williamsburg Tickets

Located at the grimly evocative address of 66 N. 6th St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, the Music Hall of Williamsburg has been at the epicenter of the music scene in the hip and artistically vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood since opening in its current incarnation. The Music Hall of Williamsburg opened Sept. 5, 2007. Before then, the club was known as Northsix and was instrumental in moving the center of indie rock and other kinds of cutting-edge or avant-garde rock in New York City from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Included among the many notable Music Hall of Williamsburg events are indie musician and multi-instrumentalist Elliott Smith's last live performances in New York before his untimely death in 2003, along with shows by indie rock artists such as

Deer Tick,

The Rapture

and

Son Volt

and the punk band

Hot Water Music.
