Is the center accessible by public transportation?

You can reach the center by bus, subway and train. Those wishing to take the bus can use the Route 4 bus or the 17 bus (Center City/South Philadelphia) southbound to Broad Street. By subway, for the Market Frankford Line (blue) eastbound heading for Frankford Terminal, use the 15th and Market Street stop, and transfer to Broad Street Line (orange) heading southbound toward Pattison. Use the southbound stop at NRG Station on Pattison Avenue. By train, you can take the Regional Rail train to the Suburban Station at 16th Street and JFK Boulevard. By foot, walk through the building to City Hall Station, and use the Broad Street Subway Line (orange) to the southbound NRG Station at Pattison Avenue.

Is there on-site parking at the Wells Fargo Center?

The center is located off the Broad Street exit on Interstate 95 and features eight parking lots. The lots are brightly lit and patrolled by security personnel for the duration of the events. There are several parking options. First is SpotHero, the Closest to the Exit Lot. You can reserve space in advance for a fee and get a space that's only a few steps away from the center. Using SpotHero, you can enjoy the fastest interstate exit getaway after the game. You can also reserve parking through Spectra Ticketing for all center events. The center offers accessible parking adjacent to the east, west and south side entrances. Guests needing accessible parking need to have the correct designation with their vehicles and should ask to be directed to the accessible parking section when they arrive. There are also drop off points at any building entrance.

What food and drink items are offered at the theater?

There's something for everyone when it comes to concessions at the Wells Fargo Center. Guests will find a wide assortment of food, snacks and drinks. There are also alcoholic beverages throughout the venue. There are three ATMs at the location for those needing easy access to cash.

Does the Wells Fargo Center have a child policy?

There is a child ticket policy. Children up to the age of two don't require a ticket for most Wells Fargo Center events, but they will have to sit on the lap of a ticketed adult. The age specifications are subject to change based on the nature of the shows.
