The Bulldogs have a storied industry. The team went undefeated in 1931. In the postwar era, Tech posted three 9-1 seasons in 1955, 1959, and 1964. That era, under head coach Joe Aillet, is regarded as something of a Golden Age in Tech football. Aillet's record as coach was 151 wins and 86 losses. He has the best winning percentage in Tech history, and the Bulldogs' home stadium is named after him. During the 1970s, Louisiana Tech won three championships in Division II football. Today, Louisiana Tech plays in NCAA Division I FBS. In the 2000s, several of their games have been broadcast nationally. In 2018, the Bulldogs went 8-5 overall with five wins and three losses in conference play. Get your tickets to see Louisiana Tech Bulldogs games live at StubHub.'
