'Head coach Danny Rocco helms the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football program. He came to Delaware in 2017 after a successful playing and coaching career. Known as a friend of Al Groh, he played at Penn State and Wake Forest as a linebacker. After graduating, he entered coaching at his alma mater, Wake Forest. After his stint there, he moved on to the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Tulsa, coaching linebackers. He moved to Boston College as a defensive line coach. His first head-coaching stint was at Liberty University where he won the Coach of the Year title for the Big South Conference. In 2011, he became head coach at the University of Richmond before departing for the Fightin' Blue Hens in 2017.'
