Can I take photos or record during the event or performance?

Professional cameras are prohibited at all Chrysler Hall events. The only exception is for individuals with media credentials. Visitors are generally permitted to use a small, still camera with a lens of three inches or less, but there are some events that prohibit the use of all cameras. Individuals who are unsure of whether there is a personal photography restriction for their purchased event are encouraged to contact the venue directly to inquire. Please note that the use of audio and video recording devices, including Go Pros and Google Glasses, are strictly prohibited for all events as are selfie sticks.

Is the venue wheelchair-friendly?

All Chrysler Hall events are wheelchair-friendly. The venue features wheelchair-accessible parking spaces at the Scope Parking Garage, curbside drop off, wheelchair accessible and companion seating, wheelchair escorts for visitors who need assistance with transport from their vehicle to their seat, elevators and wheelchair-accessible restrooms.

Is there parking onsite?

Visitors holding Chrysler Hall tickets have access to parking at the Scope Garage. In the event that Scope Garage reaches its maximum capacity, there are several other parking lots and garages nearby. Parking costs vary depending on location and range between $2 and $5.

Do I need a sitter, or can I bring the little ones along?

Most Chrysler Hall events are not appropriate for young children; however, there are some shows that welcome visitors of all ages. Visitors who are unsure of whether their purchased event is appropriate for younger children are encouraged to contact the venue directly for more information. All visitors are required to have a purchased ticket although, for select events, children under 2 may be admitted for free and sit on a guardian's lap.
